“ I have taken the position as national spokesperson for the Virginia Museum of Transportation to help my dear friend Bob Dills but also after becoming personally excited about the collection here. Standing beside one of these powerful, beautiful engines creates a sense of awe, not only because of the transportation engineering piece this exemplifies but also because this is a work of art. With Bob’s background in Fine Art I know he will see it this way as well and present these artifacts as artwork. There are treasures of national importance in this museum and I’m excited to be involved in voicing the museum’s mission.”
